The knights existance

It all started with the Demon God Twins trying to find new techniques to bring down the Søtsaker God. Then, as their idea eventually came to mind: "If there were more of us, we could take them down!" they began to roam through the skies, very well hidden, in search for their first possible victims.
The Søtsaker population at the time was quite small, and the Søtsaker God was more powerful at the time being. All of the Søtsakers were positive. However, there were few who were fragile-minded in their nature. It took an unfortunate turn for those 4 fragile minded Søtsaker, cause they got abducted and hidden away from the Søtsaker God's eyes. These 4 Søtsakers were given the burden to be the Demon gods guinea pigs, bearing a share of the Demon God Twins' powerful magic. It swept them away completely and corrupted them in no time. They were paralyzed for days in agonizing pain before they eventually managed to get back up on their feet. The Søtsaker Demon Gods hid them for a long time, training them, altering their believes, etc. However, the Demon Gods always made sure they weren't driven to the edge of vanishing, and that they would be strong enough to never vanish as well.

The guardians existance
One managed to escape however, her name was "Sweet rice". Inconviniently for the Demon God, they had managed to pick someone who's mind was just strong enough to resist their trance. She had always had somewhat doubting thoughts about the Demon God throughout the whole brainwashing process.

One day, the Demon God had been a bit too carefree a bit too early, and left them alone. That day, Sweet rice immediatly heard a loud voice in her head shouting "it's now or never". She slowly took a few steps towards freedom, hesitant at first, before she started to sprint with all her might. She ran and ran, paniced and scared, her corrupted mind telling her escaping is wrong, yet she had a consistant gut feeling she needed to get away, fast. When the Søtsaker Demon Twins returned, they noticed she had escaped, and began to panic. There was no way they were letting that lousy pleb escape onnly to ruin their plan. They chased after her while trying to regain control over her mind using their magic from a distance.

 

Luckily, she had already gotten far enough for the Søtsaker God to find her, and the Demon God Twins' magic wasn't as strong back then as it is today. On the verge of getting caught, Sweet Rice was saved. Though, the Søtsaker God was only able to save her because their magic was stronger than the others at the time. Sweet Rice told them everything once she was properly healed, and the Søtsaker God took action immediately.

Sweet Rice had still an enourmous amount of magic from the Demon Søtsaker Gods, so the magic was purified in the process. It was too heavy for a little Søtsaker like Sweet Rice to bear in this form, however, and bearing a part of it made her loose her hearing.

The Søtsaker God decided to split the implanted magic she had into three equal amounts, picking out two other Søtsakers who had the strongest mindsets to share the magic with. However, even though their minds were strong, their bodies could only handle so much. Saki, the second guardian, traded her ability to speak upon recieving the magic, and Sky, the third guardian, traded his ability to see.

 

The 3 Søtsakers became the Guardians, and took the responsibility of protecting the rest of their kind from the Knights and Demon Gods tyrany upon their shoulders, fighting alongside the Søtsaker God.
